Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to WAVO are cancelled and refunded.
Free trial
New Workspaces can try WAVO free for the trial period shown at sign-up. No payment is taken during the trial.
Cancelling
- You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from Settings → Billing.
- After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not renewed.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, you can request a full refund if you have not used the Service significantly (for example, no campaigns sent).
- Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel before the next renewal date.
- If you were charged in error or twice, we refund the extra charge in full.
- WhatsApp conversation fees charged by Meta are paid to Meta, not to us, and are not refundable by us.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank.
How to request
Email info@saferak.com with your account email, the payment date and the reason. We reply within 3 business days.
